Wild beauty, thriving life. Gardening to heal, inspire, and restore.

The Soil Sisters  Wellbeing Workshops create a holistic, women-only horticultural sanctuary where nature becomes a pathway to healing, confidence, and connection. We support women through all seasons of life — whether navigating major challenges or the quiet struggles that so often go unseen — by offering a safe, nurturing space to breathe, grow, and rediscover themselves.

Rooted in the proven benefits of therapeutic gardening, our work helps women reduce stress, improve mental wellbeing, and reconnect with their bodies through meaningful, hands-on engagement with the natural world. Away from screens, noise, and daily demands, we invite women to slow down, feel the earth beneath their feet, and experience the grounding power of soil, growing, harvesting, and creating.

Our sessions blend horticulture with woodland craft, encouraging women to embrace simple, nourishing acts: making soup from scratch over a campfire, foraging for wild ingredients, harnessing the power of fire, crafting with natural materials, learning to whittle, tending the garden, and cultivating beauty with intention and care. These experiences foster resilience, belonging, and the quiet joy that comes from making something with your own hands.
